All deliverables are fully edited and ready to publish. Photography: colour-graded, retouched, in high-res JPEG and web-optimised versions. Video: colour-graded, audio-mixed, and exported per platform. You receive final content in a private gallery — not raw files that need further editing.
7 working days is our standard turnaround — it allows proper editing and quality review without rushing. If you need content faster, add the 3-day delivery upgrade (+35%) or same-day delivery (+75%) to any job. Both upgrades are discounted for Pro and Max subscribers.
Unused hours roll over automatically. Lite: 1 month. Pro: 2 months. Max: 3 months. After the rollover window they expire. We send a reminder before hours are due to expire.
We bring everything to your location: professional microphones, portable acoustic panels, broadcast lighting, and a multi-camera video setup. Suitable for interview series, thought leadership recordings, internal training sessions, or regular podcast episodes. Available as an add-on on any plan, priced at AED 800–1,500 per session depending on complexity.
When you employ someone in the UAE, you are legally responsible for their residence visa, mandatory health insurance, and gratuity from Day 1. These cannot be passed to the employee. With Melrish, you pay one monthly fee and we manage all employment relationships — zero legal exposure, zero HR admin.
3-month minimum, then monthly rolling. After the minimum period, cancellation requires 30 days written notice. No exit fees beyond the final month's invoice.
Dubai and Abu Dhabi are fully included. Sharjah and Ajman are included where travel is under 45 minutes. Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and other Northern Emirates are covered with a flat AED 400 travel fee.
Yes. Full usage rights are included for social media, website, LinkedIn, email marketing, internal presentations, press, and print. For broadcast or out-of-home campaigns, that's a separate conversation — but for all standard business use there are no restrictions.
All equipment is supplied by Melrish — cameras, lenses, lighting, audio gear, and portable backdrops. You provide access to the location and any brand-specific products. Studio Max includes drone equipment. You don't need to purchase or store a single piece of gear.
