Yes, on any package. Shoots at your office, retail space or any location within Dubai are included at no extra cost. For locations outside Dubai (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, the Northern Emirates), we add a minimal travel fee that we agree with you upfront before booking.
You're in good company. Most founders feel the same on shoot day. Melon directs every founder shoot personally. We talk you through it, give you specific prompts, and most people forget the camera is there within the first 20 minutes.
Not included by default. We can arrange a stylist for AED 500 for headshots and AED 800 for half or full day shoots. Worth it if you want polished results without the hassle.
Every package includes a set number of revision rounds (one, two or three depending on the package). Our delivery rate on first edits is over 95%. If something is genuinely off after revisions, we'll reshoot at no extra cost.
We don't release raw files. Standard practice for working with any creative studio. You get the final edited versions, fully retouched, ready to use anywhere. You own commercial rights to all of it.
Sometimes we can move faster. WhatsApp us your deadline and we'll check the studio calendar. Rush turnarounds (under the standard delivery time) carry a 30% expedite fee. We'll only quote a rush date if we can actually deliver on it.
50% to confirm the booking, 50% before delivery. Always. Bank transfer or card. We send a tax invoice in your business name so you can claim it as a business expense from day one.
